Greenfield Substation Revit Concept Model
Built a federated, geolocated Revit concept model for a greenfield industrial build in the South Island. Created new families from scratch, applied standards-aligned structure, and used Revit phasing to communicate staging/optioneering for proposal and marketing.
BIM Coordination – Rail Project
Experience leading digital engineering coordination for a rail network project with competing deliverable needs across client departments and multiple consultants. Produced delivery planning and exchange documentation, enabled CDE-based collaboration, and coached stakeholders to align on standards, geolocation, and issue workflows.
Scan-to-BIM Substation Digitisation
Experience delivering scan-to-BIM as-built models for multiple infrastructure sites as part of an ongoing digitisation programme. Responsible for Revit modelling, family creation, information requirements alignment (ISO 19650-aligned), geolocation/federation, and upskilling and coordinating a small team to sustain capability.
